Google and YouTube API Data

Presto Real Estate Management uses Google OAuth only when an authorized Presto administrator chooses to connect the company-managed YouTube channel and sync a property reel. Property listings and local reels are published on Presto without YouTube authorization or a separate approval step. An administrator may also remove the same linked YouTube reel if it is replaced or deleted in Presto.

• Permission requested: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload.
• Data accessed and used: Presto receives an OAuth access token and refresh token and uses them only when an administrator requests it to upload a property reel file, its property title and description, and its selected YouTube privacy status to the connected channel. Presto stores the returned YouTube video ID so an administrator can remove that same reel when necessary.
• Storage and security: the refresh token is encrypted at rest on Presto's server. OAuth tokens are never sent to public website visitors.
• Sharing: Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, transferred to data brokers, or used to train AI models. It is shared only with Google/YouTube as necessary to perform the administrator-requested upload.
• Retention and deletion: the credential is retained while the YouTube integration remains connected. An administrator can disconnect the integration to delete the stored refresh token and stop future access. The Google Account owner can also revoke access from Google Account permissions.

Presto's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
